IsoFitness is a dynamic stregth protocol developed by Las Vegas Fitness Entrepreneur Greg Kelly in 2004. The workout is performed over a period of 12-30 minutes and delivers a week’s worth of muscle stimulation in a single workout. IsoFitness is essentially a modified Super Slow workout, using heavier resistance and shorter times under load (TUL’s) for each muscle group.
The IsoFitness workout has been combined with Mr. Kelly’s IsoMetRx workout on an every other week basis at the Las Vegas training gym, Tone In 12.
